Operating Rules & Transparency

  • Strict Accumulation: Points are calculated exclusively on the subtotal of actual dollars paid.
  • Clear Exclusions: Points are not awarded for state/federal taxes, freight or shipping costs, installation fees, extended warranties, or on the value of previously applied coupons.
  • Tier Progression: Silver, Gold, and Platinum statuses are achieved by evaluating the total accumulated lifetime points on the account. Redeeming points for coupons does not affect your tier progress.
  • Extra Benefits: The 200-point birthday bonus is automatically credited to the system during the month registered in the customer's profile.
  • Legal Conditions: JMC Rewards points are not legal tender, have no cash value outside the platform, and are non-transferable. JMC Automotive Equipment reserves the absolute right to modify multipliers, alter redemption values, or suspend the program at any time to protect the company's operational integrity.
